Please submit your exhibit contract by using the form below.   Contracts will only be accepted for companies that sell to or service the foodservice and hospitality industries.

Special services including ice, utilities and any applicable alcoholic beverage sampling fees are not included in booth packages and must be ordered separately from the facility.

Each 10×10 booth includes (1) table, (1) chair and (1) wastebasket.  If you need additional furnishings, including carpeting, those items must be rented through the show’s general contractor or you may bring in any equipment that you own.

I acknowledge the following:

- The event producer reserves the right to change your booth location if necessary.

- Exhibit space must be paid in full no later than February 26, 2025.

- I am required to have a certificate of insurance covering loss or damage to property and liability for personal injury.  This policy should cover the date of the show, including move-in and move-out.  Please contact your insurance company with further questions. 

- State, local and facility rules and charges  may apply to alcohol sampling.  Talk to event producer for specific details.

- I'm aware that photos and videos could be taken and possibly used on social media, email, website and in other promotions.

- Only individuals 18 years of age or older are permitted at this business event.


I understand that neither WRA nor WBA or its partners are responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur to your employees or property from any cause whatsoever prior, during or subsequent to the event and you will hold those three organizations harmless from any and all claims for damages or injuries.

If for any reason through an act of God or otherwise, should the Wisconsin Food & Hospitality Expo be prevented from occurring, the maximum claim against the event producers shall be limited to the refunding of monies which have been paid in for exhibit space and/or sponsorship less any amount determined by the event producers to be necessary for payment of any or all costs incurred in establishing, promoting and accommodating said show.

By submitting this contract I understand that:

1. This contract is a legally binding contract regardless of payment.

2. Cancellation of exhibit space and sponsorship is still subject to 100% of the agreed upon fee unless the cancellation is initiated by the event producer.

3. Full payment must be received by February 26, 2025.  No exhibit set-up will be allowed if full payment is not received.
